Behavioral Decision Making

Patrycja is a junior researcher and a Lab Manager at the Fox Uncertainty Lab.

She graduated from UCLA in 2019 with a B.A. in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, with the highest Departmental and College Honors distinctions. As an undergraduate, she was a Research Assistant at the UCLA Social Interaction and Social Stigma Lab working on projects investigating stereotype threat. With Dr. Fox as her senior thesis advisor, she won the 2019 Nissim and Arlyne Levy Endowed Award for an outstanding senior thesis paper: Using Partition Dependence to Nudge Household Savings.

Patrycja's research interests revolve around ethics and morality in decision making, translating behavioral science insights into real-world interventions, and application of the decision making science in organizational contexts.
